About the Function

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will report directly VP of Finance in Addison, assisting with tactical projects as directed by the CFO. Current initiatives include the implementation of a new revenue assurance group and managing various finance related aspects of our largest customer relationship.

About the Position

Responsible for various financial reviews, preparation of metrics and analytics for our largest customer
Work closely with customer care team providing finance perspective, data, and backup, for our largest customer
Track financial metrics for largest customer, including compiling and recording results of global audit, working with billing on invoice review and credits, dispute and issue resolution
Customer facing position – this person will interact with representatives from our largest customer on important financial matters
Assist with implementation of new revenue assurance function including the development of the core functions and mapping of process and procedures
Work on current revenue assurance initiatives including reviewing data, analyzing results, calculating KPIs and preparing reports

Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting with 4+ years of professional work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Some audit experience preferred, but not required
Ability to organize, analyse and interpret large data sets, and discuss with internal and external users
Exceptional ability to work effectively with various groups across the organization
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop productive business relationships with internal & external team members
Exceptional analytical skill and business acumen – understanding of basic business functions across the customer lifecycle from quote to cash to renewal or exit
Above average Microsoft Office application skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
Team player with a passion for service.
Ability to multi-task on multipke efforts, stay organized and meet deadlines
