Alluvion is staffing for inbound customer service representatives, level II for Northport, AL. This is a full time, direct hire role with a large financial institution with a start date of 7/8/2019.

What you will be doing

As a Customer Service Associate II in the Check Department, you will provide general assistance to customer inquiries. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.

  • Provides customer support by phone. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalates more technical issues to the appropriate department .
  • Processes high volume of consumer inquiries about the company’s products and services and resolve those inquiries
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identifies the root cause of the issue and provides appropriate solutions
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues.


  • Previous Customer Service experience, preferably with a Call Center or Financial background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a full background check (criminal & drug as well as previous employer verification of it least 1 consecutive year or more)
  • Must be able to work through training for 6 weeks with no call outs/attendance issues **Added bonus if you have**
  • Call Center experience
  • Experience dealing with escalated or difficult customers
