Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Contracts the CA III is responsible for coordination, review and executing US(CONUS) and global contracts in close partnership with Program Managers, Procurement, Vendors, Information Security, ITAR and other functional departments .Coordinates all contract administration and is focal point for receipt of all requests relevant to assigned contracts. Writes and/or reviews cost tracking orders. Prepares budgets, forecasts and reports for assigned programs. Reviews contractual requirements and ensure adherence. Reviews and discusses contract terms, conditions and modifications between internal and external parties.. Other duties as assigned.
Performs all contract related Closeout activities.
Support DCMA and DCAA and conduct internal and final audit.
Basic understanding of various forms of contracts including cost plus fixed fee(CPFF), FFP-Firm Fixed Price, time and materials(T&M) ID/IQ and multiple award contracts(MACS)and contracts awarded under GSA schedules.

Education:*BS required- preferred in Business, Procurement, Accounting, Finance or other related field. *6 years experience including a minimum of 5 years, should be in contracts or business administrative support ,DoD preferred. *MS and 4 Years experience, including 1 year of direct experience in contracts or business administrative support. *Knowledge of FAR/DFAR/CCS and 40 hours of intermediate/advanced training specifically related to contracts are also required. Above average MS Office knowledge/experience; *Costpoint/Deltek similar defense contracting software a plus *Must be detail oriented and able to organize multiple documents for submittal to commercial and government client *Must have effective communications skills to work with both operational, executive staff, external team members and customers *Must be able to obtain/maintain Security Clearance if/when applicable Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring Director and approval of the COO and CEO.
