Join our team of Investment Professionals and assist and support Investment Reporting & Analytics Manager’s activities, with the main objective of automating and streamlining recurring fiduciary reporting requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary roles:
· Administration, production, and tracking of quarterly fiduciary investment reporting
for existing, new, and prospective clients
· Maintain and expand fiduciary database
· Plan, prepare materials, and schedule for internal Investment Committee meetings to
review firm wide holdings as compared to Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
· Participate in and maintain minutes for internal Investment Committee meetings
· Review investment related correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure
proper disclosure
· Create and prepare client presentations, educational material, and investment books
for client meetings
· Maintain database of client InvestmentPolicy Statements to ensure compliance
· Assist with annual CEFEX audit for renewals of Investment Advisory, Recordkeeper
and other certifications
Plan, attend and document meetings and conference calls with fund companies to
keep up on current and relevant industry issues

Secondary roles:
· Create and maintain database of client plan level investment performance reports via Zephyr reporting software
· Research funds for current and prospective clients consistent with IPS guidelines
· Process fund changes
· Draft and prepare memos and investment related correspondence for clients
· Assist with new client prospects, including Requests for Proposal and
computations of fee comparisons of current vs. Ingham
· Other analytical investment and compliance related projects as assigned
· Other duties or projects as may be assigned from time to time

· Have the ability to prioritize multiple priorities, projects and deadlines, so as to
complete work in a timely fashion
· Be able to perform each essential duty with a high degree of accuracy
· Have the ability to work independently but be a team player and work with other
departments when appropriate
· Possess superior client management skills
· Have command of written and spoken English language and possess strong
communication skills
· Be creative
· High level of computer literacy; proficient in all Microsoft Office programs,
willingness to learn Fi360, Zephyr and Morningstar programs
· Prior knowledge of 401(k) Plans and Securities/Financial Industry desired however
not required
· Willingness to obtain industry specific licensure and/or certifications as appropriate
