Job Summary

• Analyze accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department

• Assist Director of Finance and Assistant Controller with tasks related to the budget process and month end close

• Prepare and provide support for journal entries

• Interact effectively with outside auditors

• Assist with the execution of non-routine reporting transactions

• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data

• Assist Director of Finance, Assistant Controller, and members of the Finance staff with various tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent number of years accounting experience

Additional Desired Skills

• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Detail oriented
