Fast-paced management company seeking experienced highly organized individual with effective communication skills. Computer savvy (MS Office) and must have time-management skills and ability to multi-task in an often hectic environment. Individual must maintain a pleasant customer service attitude at all times. Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.

Duties:

  • Welcome guest and respond appropriately to their needs
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and forward as appropriate
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Manage rental calendar for managed properties
  • Assist managers in property closings
  • Assist Accounting Manager as requested
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other administrative duties in support of office managers

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
