Office Manager/Bookkeeper Job Opening

Busy office in need of a capable, organized office manager! We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
-Payroll reporting (Tsheets)
-Professional communicator, business emails
-Field all calls
-Bilingual: Spanish speakers preferred
-3+ years of experience
Our concrete and landscape company is booming and busy. We are looking for a great office manager that can keep calls, emails, and schedules organized! You must be a multi-tasker. Please have experience with bookkeeping, both AP and AR. Bilinigual English-Spanish speakers are heavily preferred because about half of our employees speak Spanish. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and very capable! In this position you are truly the manager of the office and we are looking for someone who can handle all the associated tasks and responsibilities.
