Summary:
The Accounting Clerk position will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, analysis and review of general ledger activities, and support all internal reporting needs for the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods.

  • Creating purchase orders for new and existing clients
  • General accounting functions
Job Requirements

  • Experience in AR, AP, and data entry
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Self-motivated, can work independently
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a big plus
