Hampton Inn in Troy OH has an immediate opening for a passionate and driven individual to fulfill Night Auditor/Front Desk Staffing. Candidate must have open availability as position would have a varying schedule from week to week. Position is for 3-4 night shifts a week/weekend.

Night Auditor/Front Desk Staff is responsible for exceptional guest service by welcoming all guests to the property with a smile and positive attitude, ensuring that the guests reservations and rates are accurate. Presenting a clean and safe environment for the guests at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Process Check IN and Check Outs for guest in a timely accurate and professional manner.

* Process all payments according to established procedures.

* Excellent communication skills

* Basic computer and math skills

* Always visible in the lobby and appear accepting to all guests.

* Respond in a timely manner to guest complaints

* Perform Night Audit procedures

* Have the safety of the Hotel Guests in their best interest

* Build relationship with guests to drive continues improvement in guest satisfaction

* Be a Team Player

* Attention to detail
