We're looking for a person who has similar overall values and has the ability to accept responsibility for the job and its outcomes. The position will require that the applicant both give, and receive radical truthfulness and transparency.


$14.50 to $17.50/hour

  • Maintaining and promoting the overarching values and principles of the company.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all visitors, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
  • Maintaining a knowledge of the properties and accounts owned by Bobo Family Group and its affiliated companies.
  • Collect payments, charges, bills, etc., post in appropriate QuickBooks Online file and Bobo Family Group spreadsheet.
  • Make bank deposits for companies owned/affiliated with Bobo Family Group.
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
  • Collect and process payments of monthly expenses for Bobo Family Group and its affiliated companies.
  • Communicate delinquencies (30, 60, 90 day late) to direct report.
  • Create an efficient notification and collection process which includes the appropriate and timely involvement of third-party groups i.e. real estate attorneys and/or collection agencies.
  • Guide and monitor third-party groups to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Retrieve mail for various Bobo Family Group companies, at various locations.
  • Provide suggestions for areas of improvement and/or operational efficiencies with methods for implementation and reasonings for such.
  • Monitor and ensure proper insurance coverage on all properties and mortgages/lease sale contracts.
  • Receive work orders for Bobo Family Group via phone call, text messages, or walk-in, and coordinate with maintenance staff or appropriate third-party.
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner, by following up with the client, maintenance staff and/or vendor.
  • Provide, as needed, information to accountants for tax preparation, including 1099s, 1098s, W2s, etc.
  • Process weekly payroll taxes in QuickBooks Online.
  • Complete needed entries in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial reports.
  • Pay annual property taxes for Bobo Family Group properties.
  • Commit to life-learning and self-improvement.
  • Commit to learning more about the overall goals and growth of the company.
  • Commit to learning more about financial statements and how they’re interrelated.
  • Complete other tasks, as needed, to assist with the overall functioning and growth of the company.
  • High school diploma or GED, and employment history that demonstrates the ability to complete tasks required for property management.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, answer questions about the company’s operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with the internet, word processing, Excel, and QuickBooks Online.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, fractions, and calculate percentages.
