We are seeking an individual to help us out on a part time basis with our growing clients. The individual should have some familiarity with basic accounting principles. Primary areas of responsibility:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

1) Basic bookkeeping and categorization in Xero or QuickBooks Online

2) Coordinate and manage invoicing to customers on a monthly basis in Xero and Quick Books Online

3) Coordinate and manage collection emails to customers on a weekly basis

4) Coordinate and manage processing of payroll on a weekly basis in Gusto and other payroll platforms

5) Coordinate and manage payables and emails to vendors on a weekly basis

6) Coordinate and manage employee expense reimbursement in Gusto and other platforms

7) Keeping up with emails on a daily basis and keep all team members informed of progress

Administrative Functions:

1) Assist and support the team with tasks and projects that come up

2) Keep an ongoing record of tasks and projects and follow up as to timing and completion

Required Skills and Experience: **

The fully qualified candidate will have the following experience:

  • Associates degree or higher in accounting
  • 5+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Experience in working in an environment where you are servicing multiple clients
