Job Summary

ET Investments is holding company for a group of title insurance agencies and related companies with operations in 7 states. The company is headquartered in Parker Colorado. Our centralized group provides accounting, analysis, HR, payroll, auditing and other infrastructure services to our subsidiary and affiliate companies. We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to handle general accounting, reporting, budgeting, analysis and other administrative tasks. This position is an integral part of our accounting team reporting directly to the Controller.


  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Assist with regulatory issues and tax issues
  • Work with company managers on budgeting and cost management
  • Prepare year-end audit work-papers and financial statements disclosures
  • Assist with tax schedule preparation
  • Help develop and implement policy and procedures and internal controls
  • Perform special projects and provide assistance as needed


  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required
  • Experience with Netsuite a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience or more preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a business related field a plus
  • Strong ability to develop process improvements
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products and tools (i.e. Excel, Word)
