Sr. Consultant/Manager – Change Management, Global Finance Services

Global Finance Services (GFS) is Deloitte’s newly formed global organization that uses the latest generation SAP S4 technology to provide several participating member firms with a fully managed finance shared service (as of Jan 2017, those member firms are: US, UK, Canada, Australia). This effort is part of a multi-year finance transformation program globally.

What You’ll Do

The Global Process Owner (GPO) Center of Excellence (CoE) supports and maintains the integrity of the global S4 template functionality and processes with a focus on further globalization and standardization. Appropriate governance and integration with Member Firm priorities needs to be delivered as the template grows and evolves through future deployments and advancements to the template. The Change Management thread facilitates key leaders and works with stakeholders across the globe to manage this change activity and promote template adoption. In this role you will:

  • Work closely with the Global GPO Change Management Lead to fulfill the mission and responsibilities of the GPO Change Management thread

  • Support stakeholders globally for large scale change incorporated into the global S4 template

  • Support communication streams to Member Firms for any global enhancements and releases

  • Maintain all global training templates and materials; coordinates with local training teams and process owners within GFS and Member Firms on best practices

  • Cultivate relationships with other GFS teams, DTTL, and S4 technical teams (STT)

  • Support adoption of global template where gaps are identified

  • Contribute to shaping the global change strategy for future rollouts and advises and engages with onboarding countries and their OCM teams driving from a standard delivery activity
