We are a mid-sized clinic located in the Midwest searching for a responsible and dependable Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant for our Merrillville, IN office. This is a full-time position with office hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM. We also offer on the job training, sick/vacation time, health benefits, paid holidays, and 401 K! The duties of this position are to assist the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and produce financial statements and other reports for supervisors and managers.

Experience:

  • Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
