Professional with good verbal & written communication, accounting, detail oriented, customer service, and administrative/clerical tech savvy computer skills. The position of Administrative/Receptionist/Bookkeeper is in need of a team player that is ambitious and dependable with a good attitude. Someone looking for a future. Duties include: Answering the phones (they get about 70 calls a day), Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (large volume for 26 locations), customer payments, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and customer service. Some additional administrative duties, maintaining a list of company vehicles, coordinate with insurance brokers, track and summarize company credit card usage, and bank reconciliation, etc. QuickBooks.
