Syndeo Staffing is seeking a Treasury Account Analyst for a leading third party administrator and health care management organization that specialize in ACA-compliant, value-added healthcare solutions for employers, professional employer groups (PEOs), associations, brokers and healthcare providers.

A Treasury Account Analyst is responsible for the proper management, coordination, and administration of health plan bank accounts in accordance with policies and procedures determined by management and otherwise provided by local, state, and federal law.

Essential Functions:

  • Set up of assigned health plan bank accounts at preferred financial institution
  • Management of bank accounts for assigned health plan clients
  • Responsible for weekly claims runs for each account based on claims to be paid each week
  • Regular communication of any held claims checks
  • Develop weekly balance report for assigned accounts
  • Deposits and funding transfers for accounts
  • Maintain all Health Reimbursement Account funding and management for employer clients
  • Provide back up for all finance and accounting functions
  • Process weekly check run
  • Provide account information to other departments, as requested
  • Abide by HIPAA regulations and other privacy policies at all times
  • Maintain an exemplary attendance and tardiness record following established company guidelines
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with other departments and all Medova staff members
  • Complete other tasks, as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years accounting or finance experience
  • 1-2 years banking experience

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-4pm (general)
  • At least a 30 minute lunch required daily
