GENERAL PURPOSE

The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor plays an important role in the continuous, successful operations of the Days Inn Kokopelli. This position needs to ensure that guests receive the highest level of customer service possible while creating a strong base of repeat customers is one of the major functions of this position. Additionally have experience in performing night audit responsibilities for a small motel.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain a professional, positive attitude with management, co-workers and general public

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly responding to all requests
  • Act in the general manager’s capacity when the General Manager is unavailable
  • Monitor job performance of all personnel
  • Inform General Manager of any unresolved customer complaints
  • Respond to all telephone and on-line requests and/or questions when required
  • Provide nightly audit procedures for the motel
  • Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Possess a high school diploma or GED

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years motel supervisory experience

Minimum 2 years night audit experience
