Key Responsibilities

  • Supports stakeholders with key tasks related to their verticals
  • Subject matter expert in terms of deal knowledge and operations elements (setup, payment instrument PO or EI, reporting, validation and financial transactions)
  • Accountable for contract setup & maintenance
  • Partner with Quality Control Team to coordinate statement review and approvals
  • Monthly maintenance of contracts by executing contract/scope changes
  • Support month end, quarter end and year end closing and other key processing deadlines
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned CRM cases within our service level agreement
  • Research and reconciliation of statements
  • Process royalty contracts
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely statements
  • Investigate and escalate any variances identified through the reconciliation process
  • Perform back-office transactional tasks with high quality and meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Meet quality metrics
  • Ensure adherence to custom Accounting Policies, generally accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX); participate in audits as appropriate
  • Manage other misc. deliverables

Qualification and Requirements

  • Associate’s (2 year) degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
  • Preferred BA/BS (4 year) degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in financial accounting processes or relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to drive results through ownership and continuous passion for process improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in Shared Service Center/Outsourcing environment a plus
  • Preferred advanced Excel skills; knowledge of pivot tables, ability to perform v-lookups and maintain macros
