Coordinate School projects, programs and administrative functions between various programs in the Community Health Sciences, Counseling and Counseling Psychology (on Stillwater campus and OSU-Tulsa campus and other University areas: Willard Hall administrative and faculty/staff offices, Education Dean's Office, Education Business & Finance Office, Education Research, Education Extension, Education Student Services, Education Technology, Sectioning, Bursar's Office, Personnel Services, Payroll, Registrar's Office, Purchasing, Accounting, Physical Plant, Graduate College, OSU Foundation, Computing and Information Services, Communication Services, etc.
Serve as office manager and resource person for administrative office of the School and coordinate activities, services, projects, staff and functions between the two administrative offices and at OSU-Tulsa). Assist School Head with other administrative duties as needed or requested.
Provide supervision for several student clerical workers.

Education & Experience
High School/GED and 7 years of related experience.
Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years administrative support experience, preferably in higher education, personal computer/mainframe experience.
