Accounts Payable - Receivable Job Opening

Starting wage will vary based on level of experience and ability to perform the duties required.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Accounts Payable Data Entry

Statement Reconciliation

Weekly check generation

Filing

General math skills

Must be able to handle high volume

Able to meet deadlines

Multi-task

Must have 1 year experience with Quickbooks.

Must be Microsoft Proficient

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with others

At least 3 years AP/AR experience
