Don't bother with them.   They will contact you about a potential job and once they have submitted your resume, there is no followup and they will not respond to your emails.

Reading the other reviews I realize that I was the only fool to fall for the pitch. They sold me the idea that they were going to help me, not only with the services described by the others (personal assessments, interview coaching, negotiation coaching, job search advice, etc.

BEWARE! Wellington Group or National Recruiting Association, as they are now going by based on their horrible reviews, is a SCAM.
