Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Work with the advisor team in developing and implementing District Life Insurance business plans that achieve and exceed sales targets for your District
Work with established Books of business from our Financial Advisors in order to provide our clients with solutions for their Risk Management Portfolio
Conduct Joint Appointments with Financial Advisors and their clients
Serve as the initial contact for problem resolution
Research and/or elevate issues to solve problems
Must have superb people skills in building relationships
Job Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 license and Series 63 and 65, or 66 license(s)
Active state variable life and health license
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience conducting point of sale life insurance sales required
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
Demonstrated and documented sales proficiency in all types of Life Insurance and LTC sales
Expert knowledge of Life Insurance, (Life products- term, UL, VUL, IUL,)
Experience in Advanced Sales concepts and Estate Planning to include Trusts and ILITS
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
Ability to travel throughout the territory
