The Bookkeeper position will report to the Vice President and CEO and will have a series of responsibilities including:
Duties:
Perform general Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties
Assist with payroll
Take client credit card payments
Followup via phone and email on account receivables
Upload invoices into clients’ portals
Facilitate communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Create new processes to improve efficiency
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
