Office Manager
Reports to: Director of Site Operations
Overview
The Office Manager ensures a positive patient experience, continuing Joint Commission readiness and a positive working environment for employees through supervising office staff, monitoring patient flow and staff-patient interactions, overseeing the registration process (including demographics collection, data entry, insurance verification, and financial aid enrollments), and coordinating and monitoring basic cleaning, repair and maintenance activities for the building and medical equipment.
