Applicant must be professional, friendly, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Essential duties & responsibilities:-Record payroll-Assist managers and department heads with all aspects of employee relations, including but not limited to: employee recruiting, processing new hires, on-boarding, corrective actions, compensation and benefits, and recording and maintaining paid and unpaid time off-Ensure the company is following all employment, health and safety lawsRequirements:-Proficient in accounting procedures-Proficient in Word and Excel-Able to type at least 60 wpm-Valid driver's license/ government issued id-Must be organized-HR certification (preferred)Primary hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8-5.
